Jill Marie Cooper is a London-based singer, songwriter, and music artist. After starting out as an actress, she gained widespread recognition with her unforgettable Blind Audition on the first-ever episode of The Voice UK, amassing over 21 million views. She has performed at The Brit Awards alongside artists like Pink and Justin Timberlake as part of The London Community Gospel Choir and continues to captivate audiences with her powerhouse vocals and heartfelt songwriting.

Her debut EP, After Pain Comes Life, showcases her journey of resilience, with two singles earning spots on Spotify’s editorial playlists. In 2024, Jill Marie independently released Closure and Dancing Through The Fire, performed at The London Palladium in orchestral concerts celebrating the music of The Rolling Stones and David Bowie, and played at Chaka Khan’s Meltdown Festival.

Jill has also showcased her vocal talents on the West End stage, appearing in the critically acclaimed show Rip It Up the 60s at The Garrick Theatre, as well as in two UK tours of Rip It Up and Rip It Up the 60s.

In addition to her solo performances at prestigious venues like The Lanesborough Hotel, 2025 has seen Jill Marie embark on a UK tour with BBC Radio 2’s Sounds of the 60s alongside legendary DJ Tony Blackburn, paying homage to iconic artists of the era such as The Beatles, Dionne Warwick, Stevie Wonder, and Dusty Springfield. She recently completed a critically acclaimed UK tour with Strictly Come Dancing professionals Aljaž Skorjanec and Janette Manrara, earning praise for her dynamic and emotionally resonant performances.

Jill Marie has featured multiple times on Strictly Come Dancing as part of the David Arch house band. She also recently appeared on BBC Radio 2’s The Blues Show, presented by Cerys Matthews, delivering a powerful rendition of Sweet Sounds of Heaven (The Rolling Stones & Lady Gaga).
